DESIGN & ISSUANCE SOFTWARE

Crevia Design & Issuance Platform

Design a credential. Connect the data. Put it into production.

One platform composed of two desktop applications: a dedicated design workspace and an operations console for records, photos and issuance.

STUDIO / 01 Credential Design & Policy Studio

Every credential starts with a great design.

Build your layout visually. Combine fixed artwork with record-bound content, then refine sizes, alignment and layers in one workspace.

  • Static text

Keep headings, labels and instructions consistent.

  • Static images

Place logos, backgrounds and brand artwork.

  • Dynamic text

Bind names, roles and details to record fields.

  • Dynamic images

Load a different portrait or image for each record.

  • Dynamic icons

    Display record-specific visual identifiers.

  • Dynamic barcodes

Turn record values into scannable codes.

  • Automatic numbering

Generate sequential identifiers for your credentials.

  • Shapes & layers

Arrange shapes, alignment and visual hierarchy.

STUDIO / 02 Credential Design & Policy Studio

Put every portrait in the right frame.

Configure photo face detection alongside your credential template, so portrait preparation follows the design workflow.

  • Face detection

Identify the face within a source photograph.

  • Portrait framing

Prepare portraits for the image area of the credential.

  • Template-level settings

Review detection settings in the Studio workspace.

ODBC

Connect → Query → Preview. Or create a new database to get started.

STUDIO / 04 Credential Design & Policy Studio

Design credentials. Design the reports, too.

Create report templates alongside credential layouts. Preview the result and print reports separately when the production workflow needs them.

  • Dedicated report layouts

Build a report for your records and production needs.

  • Preview before output

Review the populated report before printing.

  • Separate report printing

Output the report independently of the credential.

STUDIO / 05 Credential Design & Policy Studio

Connect the printed card to its chip.

Configure card chip data in Studio for ISO 14443, ISO 15693 and contact card workflows.

  • ISO 14443A

    Mifare_One (S50 & S70) / UltraLight / Mifare_ProX / DESFire / SHC1102

  • ISO 14443B

    AT88RF020 / SR176 / SRIX4K / SLE66CL160S / THR1064; other fully compliant ISO 14443B contactless CPU cards.

  • ISO 15693

    Tag_it HF-1 / I.CODE SLI / SRF55VXXP

  • Contact cards

    SAM (9600 / 38400) / SMARTCARD

Use a compatible reader, driver and card configuration for your deployment.

CONSOLE / 06 Credential Operations Console

Check the data before it becomes a credential.

Review data integrity in the Console. Identify incomplete or invalid records and inspect validation errors before production.

  • Data integrity checks

Review the records required by the credential workflow.

  • Visible validation errors

Locate records and fields that need attention.

  • Review, then produce

Resolve data issues before moving to printing.

CONSOLE / 07 Credential Operations Console

One console. More ways to produce.

Choose the output workflow for your job, from single-sided credentials to coordinated chip writing and unattended production.

  • Single-sided printing

Print the front of a credential.

  • Double-sided printing

Produce the front and back of a credential.

  • Report printing

Print the report prepared for the workflow.

  • Print + encode

Coordinate printing and chip writing in one task.

  • Print + manual card operations

Write different supported card protocols separately during printing.

  • Unattended printing

Automatically print as data becomes available.

CONSOLE / 08 Credential Operations Console

Make the most of every print sheet.

Imposition printing brings several credentials onto one print medium, for card manufacturers and production environments that need sheet layouts.

  • Multiple credentials per sheet

Arrange credentials from several records in one layout.

  • Configure the print medium

Set the sheet size, orientation and spacing.

  • Production layout preview

Review placement before sending the sheet to print.

CONSOLE / 09 Credential Operations Console

Bring records in. Keep data moving.

Import and export Excel, JSON, Markdown, XML, CSV and Word data. Validate field mappings and missing content during import.

  • Import & export

Move records between the Console and supported formats.

  • Field validation

Check source fields against the target structure.

  • Missing-content checks

Review incomplete content before accepting records.

01 / YOUR WORKFLOW

Choose the workflow, then the licence.

Four deployment patterns combine Studio and Console around the way you work. Choose a starting point, then review the licensing details.

01

Design & Print

Studio + Console

Create layouts and print credentials in a straightforward workflow for static content and manual output.

Licensing details

Start with Basic for static layouts. Data-bound content or batch printing requires an applicable higher edition.

02

Template Issuance

Console at the issuance workstation

Operators open an approved, password-protected template, prepare records and issue credentials without a layout-design workstation.

Licensing details

Templates are prepared separately in Studio. Choose licensing by the data, RFID and production features required; this is a workflow configuration, not the Professional licence name.

03

Data-driven Production

Studio + Console + connected data

Combine database-connected layouts, record entry, queries, validation and production. Add import/export and photo batches when needed.

Licensing details

Standard covers the listed core dynamic-data functions. The supplied matrix places batch import/export and batch photo processing in Professional.

04

Integrated Automation

Studio + Console + interfaces / devices

Connect DLL or web-service interfaces, configured triggers, refresh rules, conditional printing and supported chip readers.

Licensing details

Advanced lists interfaces, triggers, reports and permission management. Professional adds the listed extended production functions. Confirm device and interface compatibility.

Studio = Credential Design & Policy Studio · Console = Credential Operations Console. Workflow configurations are not licence editions; each workstation needs appropriate licensing.

02 / FIND YOUR EDITION

Compare edition features.

Discuss licensing
