Project Background
In large enterprise environments, employee cards and credential cards are often produced under complex conditions:
- High-volume, centralized card issuance

Traditional desktop card printers are no longer suitable for centralized, large-scale, and managed card production.
Solution Overview
This project deployed an integrated solution combining the P65 large-format card printer with intelligent print control software, forming an automated card production system for centralized issuance centers.
The P65 is an industrial-grade card printer designed for continuous, unattended operation.
With a high-capacity card feeder and automatic card replenishment module, it supports stable long-term printing in high-load environments.
On top of the hardware, a dedicated print job distribution and scheduling module enables centralized control of all card printing operations.
System Workflow
- All card print jobs are centrally received by the platform
- Printing permissions are automatically verified
- Jobs are assigned to available printers dynamically
- Print completion status is written back in real time
- The entire process is logged and auditable
